Well, let’s start with why we collect information. We do it to make your visit to our Website the best experience ever. And so, we use lots of Internet tools, information, and opportunities to provide this service to you.

i-We collects information from all end users of our Internet services (“services”), including those who access some of our Services but do not have accounts (“visitors”) and those who may purchase Products and/or pay a monthly service fee to subscribe to the Service (“Members”).

No, in fact, this Website is directed to people 18 years and older and for their use only.

This Site DOES NOT meet the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) standards and is not intended for use by minors nor does it knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children younger than 13.

The Online Eraser Law does not apply to i-We as minors are not to use this Site, nor post content or information. i-We has no actual knowledge that a minor is using the Site and we have initiated a Release Form requiring a legal signature to help prevent minors from accessing the offerings and services.

What should I do if I want to update my information or unsubscribe?

If you wish to update account information, you can do so from your personalized setting on the Site.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving commercial email from the Website, you can do so by clicking the link contained within an email sent to you.

i-We does not collect personal data for nor use Interest-Based advertising and as such is not required to comply with the NAI Code of Conduct where Users can access all of the advertising member companies on one page and opt out from any or all of them easily and conveniently.

Do you wish to keep my email address?

When you send an email inquiry to us, the return email address is used to answer your email. We do not use your email address for any other purpose nor do we share it with any third party. When you become a Member through the purchase of products or services, we will keep your email address because we love you and want to continue corresponding with you!

Do you collect “other” Information?

We or our authorized technology services provider may also collect certain technical and routing information from you to facilitate your use of i-We and its services. We use this information to administer i-We and to understand and measure traffic patterns to know which areas are favorites of our users, which areas need improvement, and what technologies are being used so that we may continually improve our sites.

Cookies, Web Server Logs, Web Beacons, IP Addresses…Hello, what’s this all about?

Well, “Cookies” are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive, at a website’s request. It can only be read by the server that gave it to you. It really functions as your identification card and enables us to record your passwords, purchases, and preferences. It cannot be executed as code nor can it deliver viruses. We use them to collect information.

They are also known as “tracker gifs” and capture the type of browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, NetScape, Chrome), requesting the web beacon, the IP address of the computer that the web beacon is sent to, and the time the web beacon was viewed. We may place web beacons on many pages on our Website, in Online advertising with third parties, and in our email. We collect non-personal data on the usage of our site, pages visited, the referring web page, the type of operating system (e.g. Windows, Linux or Mac), and the domain name of the visitor’s Internet service provider (e.g. AOL). Well, we are as good as it gets! However, no data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take security seriously! That being said, hackers are ever more ingenious and find ways to hack and thus, we are ever more vigilant in protecting your security.
