The Feminine Light Life Coaches work with you to assist you in moving from where you are to where you want to be, by clarifying what you truly want and what might be holding you back from accomplishing your goals.
What does the coaching process look like? Our Coaches will ask you many questions to help you discover and clarify your vision and to find out what might be blocking you from achieving that vision. They hold you accountable to the goals you set and provide a supportive framework for you on your journey. The coaching relationship is based on your agenda as a client, and honors that you are the expert and creator of your life. Our Coaches can assist you in uncovering those answers to create the outcomes you desire.
As a client, you will set goals and create a vision of what you would like to achieve and then together, we can create an actionable system that will help you create positive changes.
Meet Kerri McManus, M.A. – Certified Professional Life Coach, CPC, ELI-MP
I was a highly sensitive, shy, creative child. I could spend hours drawing, reading, or dreaming up fanciful stories on my own or with friends. To say that I had a rich inner life is an understatement.
At 15 years old, I had no idea what I wanted to do in the world, but I knew that I loved all kinds of creative expression and had talked to a school counselor about my curiosity for art school. This well-meaning counselor told me that I should forget art. He said, “You’d be better off looking at business schools and you should take a typing class.” I was crushed. At that age, I thought he was an adult and he must know better than me about which direction I should head. I spent the remainder of my time in school doing typing drills, having put away my childish dreams of being a creative person.
I pushed down my passion for writing, for music, and art. I believed that my sensitivity was a weakness. I covered up how I naturally expressed in the world because it didn’t seem practical or acceptable. It seemed safer to follow a prescribed path.
Over the years, I’ve come to know that my sensitivity is my greatest superpower and my creative mind is a gift. And I know that I’m not alone. Through my own journey, I have come to understand that my purpose is to help creative souls recognize their own beauty, strength, and talents by being true to who they are and how they express themselves in this world.
I believe that each one of us is an artist and the greatest masterpiece we all have in front of us is our own life. Being a word geek, I always loved that the antiquated form of the verb “to be” is “art”. As in, “Thou art.”
My purpose is to help you find who your inner artist truly is and how you want to express yourself in this life—to discover, “How great thou art!”
I work with creatives and entertainment professionals who may be focused on one or more of the following goals:
Carving out their own creative entrepreneurial paths
Completing their creative projects
Seeking greater meaning and fulfillment in their work lives
Improving their communication skills
more deeply to their creativity
Finding greater work/life harmony

Meet Stephany Lane Yarbrough, Ph.D.
Like most women, or at least from my experience and research, I didn’t have an understanding of my importance in being a woman, only that I was another human being experiencing and trying to make sense of life.
Until…the accumulation of my experiences revealed to me that I was attempting to release myself from the theme of being a victim. I was living in my blindspot. The experiences are way too many to retell in this short of a space, but suffice it to say the journey I have walked has been a long one to create the total picture of all the puzzle pieces.
I have a Doctoral Degree in Developmental Psychology with a specialization in boundaries: identity formation, maintenance, and management.
As the founder of I-WE, my wish is for women to understand their own significance and worth (distinct from men) and to become spiritual leaders/educators of humanity/Great Mothers, so that through their own evolutionary consciousness, women can heal and mature all relationship and together guide humanity toward the realization of peace on Earth.
I work with courageous women who want to discover and manifest their creative visions and express talents to have an increased significance in their contributions. Those who may want to turn darkness into light by deciphering the themes as well as the meaning of experiences to consolidate integrity and have greater impact. These experiences may relate to:
Muted Voices
Powerlessness
Victimization
Dynamics of Self-Worth
Purposelessness
Vision of Gender Identity, Wisdom, and Joy
Completing their creative projects
Seeking greater meaning and fulfillment in their work lives
Improving their communication skills
more deeply to their creativity
Finding greater work/life harmony
